THE 6-DAY JOURNEY
DAY 1 — WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30
ARRIVE: “I MADE IT”
Arrive in beautiful St. Lucia, check into the resort and give yourself permission to exhale.
After settling in, we'll gather for our Still Standing Welcome Experience.
Opening conversation:
“What did I have to survive to get here?”
Each guest receives their retreat materials and journal.
Tonight isn't about digging deeply into the past. It's about celebrating one important truth:
You made it. And you're still standing.
Welcome dinner • Introductions • Intention setting • Fellowship
DAY 2 — THURSDAY, JULY 1ST
RELEASE: “I DON'T HAVE TO CARRY IT ANYMORE”
Morning wellness activity or meditation followed by breakfast.
Lisa's Session: From Pain to Purpose
We'll talk honestly about the things we carry—hurt, disappointment, trauma, fear, resentment and experiences we may have never fully released.
Journal Reflection:
What am I carrying that I am finally ready to put down?
The afternoon is intentionally lighter: spa, beach, pool, wellness activities or simply rest.
Evening reflection:
“I'm releasing what no longer serves the person I'm becoming.”
DAY 3 — FRIDAY, JULY 2ND
RESTORE: “STRONG PEOPLE NEED HEALING TOO”
This is the heart of the retreat.
Morning Session: Who Takes Care of the Strong Person?
We explore what happens when everyone expects you to be strong but rarely asks what it costs you.
Part of today's experience can include separate optional circles:
Women's Circle:
Healing, relationships, identity, caregiving, self-worth and finding yourself again.
Men's Circle:
Strength, vulnerability, pressure, relationships, emotional wellness and giving yourself permission to heal.
We then reunite as one community.
Journal Reflection:
What does the strong person inside me need?
Afternoon: Spa • Wellness • Beach • Personal time
Tonight is intentionally relaxed—good food, laughter and connection.
DAY 4 — SATURDAY, JULY 3RD
RENEW: “YOUR STORY ISN'T OVER”
Morning yoga, meditation or quiet reflection.
Lisa's Session: Still Standing
Life may have knocked you down—but being knocked down isn't where your story has to end.
This session focuses on resilience, forgiveness, faith, rebuilding confidence and recognizing your own strength.
Journal Reflection:
What did I survive that I once thought would destroy me?
THE RELEASE EXPERIENCE
Guests privately write down something they are choosing to release.
Fear.
Anger.
Pain.
Guilt.
A relationship.
An old version of themselves.
Whatever it may be.
We symbolically release it and make room for something new.
Just come ready.
Ready to breathe.
Ready to release.
Ready to receive.
Ready to LIVE again.
DAY 5 --- SUNDAY, JULY 4
RISE: “WHAT DOES MY NEXT CHAPTER LOOK LIKE?” GO FORTH: “NOW I LIVE DIFFERENTLY”
Today we turn our attention forward, since it's our last day.
Morning Session: Write the Vision
Our final morning isn't goodbye.
It's a beginning.
We gather for one final reflection:
What am I leaving in St. Lucia?
What am I taking home?
Who am I becoming?
Closing affirmation:
“I've been strong for everybody else. Now I need something for me.”
It's for people who have experienced life's ups and downs and are ready for rest, reflection, renewal and a fresh perspective.
You don't have to tell your entire story.
You don't have to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.
And you don't have to have everything figured out.
Come as you are.
STILL STANDING CELEBRATION DINNER
Tonight we dress up and celebrate LIFE.
Not because everything has been perfect.
Because we're still here.
Music • Dinner • Celebration • Photos • Testimonials • Gratitude
Each participant receives a Still Standing Certificate of Renewal.
