We began our journey as a married couple in a private ceremony, but now we are excited to celebrate this special moment surrounded by the people we love most—you! What's not included:

  • Airline Tickets - If you need guidance or assistance reserving your flights.
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Contact Lisa for a quote. 
  • Transfers between airport and hotel - There is an option too add Roundtrip Shared Airport Transfers below after selecting your hotel room package during checkout.
  • Local Environmental Sanitation Tax of 32.57 MXN (approximately $1.97 USD) per room, per night. This tax is subject to change without notice and payable directly at the hotel.

  • August 1 onward: Relax and enjoy the resort together with Mr. & Mrs. Fischer!

Hotel Rooms - Preferred Club Level at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa 
The Fischer Wedding Group will experience elevated luxury with the All-Inclusive Preferred Club, an exclusive haven at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa which offers enhanced privileges, personalized services, and luxurious amenities. Nestled along the stunning Riviera Maya coastline, Preferred Club guests enjoy private access to upgraded suites with breathtaking ocean views, upgraded mini-bars, and daily refreshed in-room amenities.
 
Relish in Preferred Club-only lounges, exclusive bars, and private pool areas, each offering an oasis of calm and comfort, as well as upgraded in-suite amenities for a truly elevated stay. Your all-inclusive Preferred Club privileges also include access to a private beach area, personalized concierge services, and a unique à la carte breakfast experience, alongside exclusive events and preferred reservations at our gourmet restaurants.
 
Below, you'll find six Preferred Club Level room category packages, each with starting prices based on a minimum stay of 3-nights. The starting price shown is the total cost per person for a 3-night stay, based on double or triple occupancy. Single person occupancy rates are higher.
 
You can customize your stay to be between 3 and 7 nights. Once you select the number of travelers and your desired duration, the site will display a detailed breakdown of the rate per person as well as the total rate for your stay. Please note that the starting prices shown below are for the minimum 3-night stay per person based on double or triple occupancy and not a per-night rate.
 
Room rates are guaranteed until the group booking rooms sell out, and are then subject to availability. Individual space is not held or confirmed until the room deposit is received and the booking is confirmed. Rates are based on existing bedding. Rollaway beds may be available at an additional charge, payable directly to the hotel.  Contact lisa@xoomtours.com if you have any questions.
 
Traveling with Children (3-12 yrs)
Please contact Lisa VanBuhler (lisa@xoomtours.com). We have special rates for the younger ones, however there are occupancy restrictions on certain room categories that we'll need to discuss.
 

Payments and Cancellation policy:

Deposits and Payments:
    • A deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking through February 15, 2025. The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments and charged automatically, with the final payment due on May 1, 2025. 
    • For bookings made after February 15, 2025, the deposit will be adjusted to align with the cancellation policy schedule outlined below.       
 
Cancellation Policy:
    • Up to March 15, 2025: Rooms are fully refundable.
    • March 16 - April 15, 2025: Cancellations will incur a penalty equal to 25% of the total room package cost, including tax.
    • April 16 - May 14, 2025: Cancellations will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total room package cost, including tax.
    • On or after May 15 2025: Cancellations are 100% non-refundable. 
 

Travel Protection:

Optional Travel Protection coverage is available and all covered reasons will be reimbursed at 100%.  Also available is Cancel Anytime coverage that will reimburse 80% of your unused, pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs if you cancel your trip for almost any unforeseeable reason your plan does not already cover.  To purchase the Cancel Anytime upgrade, you must insure the full cost of your trip within 14 days of paying your first trip deposit or other trip expense. Also, the start date of your trip must be at least 30 days in the future.  There is a place to indicate your interest in receiving a Travel Protection quote when you checkout.
