Cancellation & Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit: 30% Non Refundable at time of booking
Full Payment: 100% non-refundable on September 15, 2026
No transfers of reservations or selling your spot are permitted.

Payment:
If you pay only a deposit at time of booking, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the last card used on your account on the final payment due date (listed on your invoice). Please ensure sufficient funds are available on that date. Contact us only if you wish to pay the balance with a different form of payment.

Additional Information

Reservation Details:
Please carefully review your confirmation to ensure all information is correct. Names must match your valid passport exactly (first, middle, last). Date of birth and gender must match TSA and Homeland Security requirements.

Roommate Assignments:
Roommate matching is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Your reservation will only be confirmed once a suitable roommate is available. If no roommate is available at the time of booking, you will be placed on a waitlist until a match can be found.

Cheri’s Travel Spot (CTS) is not responsible for compatibility or conduct of roommates. You will be paired with someone of the same gender; we will do our best to match by age and smoking preference when possible.

Proof of Citizenship:
A valid passport is required for all guests traveling on this trip.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip.
Failure to present a valid passport at check-in will result in denied boarding with no refund.
You are responsible for securing any required VISAs for the destinations on your itinerary. If a VISA is required and not obtained, boarding will be denied and no refund will be issued.
