Booking your room here will guarantee your attendance to all wedding festivities & events!
 
Alex & Lakyn have contracted a block of rooms that can be booked through myself, their travel agent. Please read below to begin your booking request.
Your room will be booked for Thursday July 10th to Monday July 14 due to Royalton's 4-night minimum policy.
 
 
 
 

What's included in this trip:

    • Stay at the Royalton St Lucia Resort
      • This resort is all-inclusive which includes: food, drinks, pool access,  certain activities on property, and your stay at the resort
    • Shuttle transfer service from UVF to Royalton St Lucia, roundtrip via PHV tours.
 
 
 

What's not included:

  1.  Meals at the airport + while traveling
  2.  Baggage costs: These will vary per airline.
  3.  Gratuities while traveling, at the resort, and for butlers (diamond club suites)
  4.  Travel insurance: Upon booking, you will receive a email from me with a link to your travel insurance options. This must be added prior to paying for your stay in full. We recommend to add coverage within 7 days of your initial booking. If you opt not to purchase travel insurance, you are responsible for any cancellation fees for your booking
  5.  Flights to and from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF)
  6.  Tourism tax that is required to be paid upon checking in at the resort. This tax is $6 per person per night.
 

Things to note:

  • HOTEL CHECK IN &CHECK OUT: Check -in time is 3:00pm and check out is 12pm. Individual group members may contact the hotel’s front desk the day before their flight to schedule a late check out. 
      • Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be accepted for such incidental charges. CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS: Guests are required to provide a credit card at check in for incidentals fees (i.e.; tours, gift shop purchases, etc.)
  • Please enter your information on the booking page as it appears on your passport *** 
 
 

Itinerary:

  • Sunday July 13, 2025 at 5:00pm - Wedding Ceremony at the Diamond Club Deck. Please be seated no later than 4:45.
    • Reception to follow at the Sky Terrace
 
 

Booking and Cancellation policy:

Deposit is due at time of booking - $100 per person
Full balance is due April 1, 2025 and is non-refundable after this date!!
 **You will be able to make multiple payments prior to April 1, 2025
 
** Please note- when you sign your credit card authorization, your card will NOT be immediately charged. You are authorizing me to book your room with that credit card for the amount of the deposit,. You will receive a confirmation email after the room is booked ** 
** Transfer costs are included in posted hotel price for your viewing convenience however will be paid for at a separate time via a paypal link sent directly to you from PHVtours. The full amount your credit card is charged, when due,  will be $77 x the number of people traveling LESS than the posted price on this booking page ** 
 
 
Cancellation Terms:
Cancel prior to April 1 with no penalty.
If Insurance was purchased, cancel anytime for a full refund less insurance costs.
 
*terms will vary for bookings with custom airfare options which will be disclosed at booking/quote request.
 
 
Other things to know:
  • Valid Passport is required for ALL travelers.  Passport must be in hand at time of booking. PLEASE be sure to check your expiration date on your passport.
    • Some countries require 6 months validity on passports (meaning your passport should not be expiring prior to January 14, 2026)
  • Once your flight is booked, please email to me with the subject line "Urban Wedding Flights" so that I can add your transfer service. PHVtours will email a Paypal link to each guest to pay for your roundtrip transportation ($77 per person)
    • This transportation is calculated into the prices you see listed on the "price" page, but the $77 will be a separate payment from your payment to Royalton.
  • For a payment plan between the time of booking and the final deposit date (April 1, 2025), please email me with dates and amounts to process.
  • Royalton St. Lucia is located nearly 1.5 hours from the UVF airport.  Be sure to pack snacks or drinks for the airport ride.
