The initial deposit made to the reservation will be non-refundable. All other payments made will fall within the cancellation timeframes provided below:
- If reservation is cancelled between April 27, 2026 - May 10, 2026; 50% of reservation will be non-refundable.
- If reservation is cancelled between May 11, 2026 - June 9, 2026; 75% of reservation will be non-refundable.
- If reservation is cancelled between June 10, 2026 - July 10, 2026; 100% of reservation will be non-refundable
IDENTIFICATION:
- It is important that the guest's name (first name and last name) on the cruise be the same as the guest's non-expired government-issued photo I.D. or passport they plan to use for travel identification. In the event of a different name on the cruise and the guest's photo I.D as a result of a marriage, divorce or a legal name change, documentation (original or clear, legible copy) supporting this change is required (at embarkation), such as a marriage certificate, marriage license or legal name change court document. Failure to bring documentation bridging the name differences could result in denied boarding.
- All stateroom pricing will be at PREVAILING RATES! This means that price and availability is subject to change until reservation has been confirmed with payment to Royal Caribbean. To secure your stateroom, please email us at trips@kim-travels.com or call us at 615-212-9050 for current pricing.
- Payments can be made anytime on the reservation once the initial deposit is made; however, guests must meet the minimum payments outlined below by the due dates. Failure to make the payments outlined will result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Reservations can be prepaid at anytime.
- Initial deposit of $200.00 per stateroom is due at time of booking
- Final payment is due by March 2, 2026
- Invoices will be emailed the first of each month.
- Invoices can be split individually once the deposit is made by emailing trips@kim-travels.com or by sending a message from the reservation.
- A late payment of $150.00 per stateroom will be required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- No guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older.
- This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself for reasons of cancellation or illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during the trip and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Furthermore, should you decide not to purchase travel protection all cancellation expenses incurred will be at your (the traveler's) expense.
