- Deposit is $50 per person and are non-refundable whether travel insurance is purchased or not. Please pay attention to the due dates.
-Travel insurance is NOT included in your package, and you must purchase it on your own or ask Nadiatravelsandbeyonds for assistance. Nadiatravelsandbeyonds and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, You must use the third-party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds (see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)
-Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You will have 7 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase travel insurance or before your final payment depending on the type of coverage.
-All final payments are due NO LATER than 45 days before the Departure Date.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date.
-If you have requested a roommate match and no one is available your room will be priced at the higher single occupancy rate.
- This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID and APPLIED to secure your reservation, and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.
If you decide to cancel because you don't have a roommate, you will be subject to the terms of the cancellation policy described below.
Monthly payment plan terms:
Payment Structure: Clients can opt for a monthly payment plan to manage the cost of their travel arrangements. The total trip cost will be divided into equal monthly payments.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon booking to secure your reservation. This amount will be applied toward your total trip cost.
Payment Schedule: Monthly payments will begin on the month after your deposit is made and continue until the trip balance is paid in full. The final payment is due
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card and are paid directly to the supplier. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments.
Late Payments: Continuous late payments may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their trip under the standard cancellation policy listed below.
Changes to the Plan: Clients may adjust their payment plan upon request, subject to approval. Changes may affect the total trip cost and payment schedule.
Confirmation of Payments: Clients will receive confirmation of each payment received and their remaining balance.
I have contractual due dates that I have to adhere to with the vendor. Please be mindful of that and make payments when you agreed to make them. If payments start to fall behind, your reservation may be subject to cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you start to experience difficulties making your payments, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to discuss potential options to keep you on track.
All travel documents will be sent 21-30 days prior to departure.
-You must purchase your own flight, airport code is: NAS (Lynden Pindling International Airport, Nassau, Bahamas)
-Any flight itineraries received after the due date are subject to transfer approval. Please provide your flights by the due date or you may have to catch a taxi.

**ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.**

1.**Non-Refundable Payments**: All payments to Nadiatravelsandbeyonds Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that prevent us from obtaining refunds. This allows us to keep package prices low and offer monthly payment plans.
2.**Reservations**: Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your Passport/ driver's license or ID. The name on your invoice must match your driver's license or ID.
3.**Price Changes**: Prices are subject to change without notice. Reserve today to lock in the current price.
4.**Monthly Payments**: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will outline your payment plan. We suggest adding this payment plan to your personal calendar.
5.**Roommates**: If applicable, ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.
6.**Name Changes**: Name changes are allowed with a $50 fee up until the final payment date, and $100 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees.
7.**Late Payments**: A late payment fee of $100 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after the final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final deadline.
Please note that your statement may include charges from multiple vendors, including the hotel/resort, other vendors, and my travel business (Nadiatravelsandbeyonds Travel Agency/NadiaFazLLC).
