Day 1- Welcome Bash
- Morning: Wheels Up! – Say goodbye to the grind and hello to tropical bliss as we fly out this morning!
- Afternoon: Check in and unwind.
- Evening: “Mix & Mingle Fiesta” – A fun meet-and-greet with lively games, cocktails, and Mexican-inspired bites to kick things off. (1 hour)
Day 2 – Adventure Awaits
- Morning: Freedom to Explore – Explore, relax, or party—it’s your time to shine! Whether it’s lounging poolside, hitting the spa, or venturing off the resort, the day is yours to enjoy however you like.
- Late Afternoon: “Paint the Pool Nude” – Rock your best nude-tone swimsuit or trunks, and get ready to take over the pool for an unforgettable photo-worthy moment! To make it even more fun, bring a splash of your favorite NFL team to the vibe—think sun visors, bandanas, headbands, towels, cups, necklaces, or even a fun team-colored accessory. - Evening: The Night Is Yours!
Day 3 – Culture & Fun
- Morning: Chill or Thrill—Your Call! Feel like keeping it low-key or turning up the energy? The day is wide open for you to decide! (Optional group excursion details will be made available later.)

- Evening: Free to Fiesta (or Chill)
Day 4 – Hasta Luego
- Late Morning: Breakfast together before departures.
These four days are all about you enjoying your getaway however you please! While I’ve provided an itinerary with activities, there’s absolutely no pressure to participate—changes may even be made along the way. Traveling is all about exploring, relaxing, and having fun, so feel free to join in on the planned events or simply do your own thing. Additional options and updates will be shared later, but for now, plan to have a great time!
How to Book
- Click "Book Now" to select your desired vacation package.
- You MUST have a roommate to book.
- Each roommate can book separately, but you MUST include your roommate's name in the appropriate section on the registration form.
- Continue to enter your information as the primary "Traveler".
- Finally, authorize payment of the required deposit amount or full payment.
- An invoice with your monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you within 72hrs. (Paying monthly is optional)
Deposits & Payments
- All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.
- Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan.
- Check your email, including spam or junk mail, for receipts, invoices, and trip confirmations.
- Payments are NOT automatically processed. Your monthly schedule will be provided via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to authorize all payments.
- Payments are invoiced through TravelJoy. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
Travel Notes
- Please read your package details carefully. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- A valid passport is required.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@overandbeyondtravel.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible, and we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
- You are responsible for keeping Over & Beyond Travel informed of email address changes, as this is our primary way of communication.
- Official trip itinerary & travel documents will be released 30 days prior to the trip.

Please Note: By registering and paying for this trip, you agree to Over & Beyond Travel Terms and Conditions.
Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed. Upon booking this trip, you will receive an invoice with your monthly schedule. You must use the invoice to authorize all payments. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week before each scheduled payment date.
Cancelation Policy: Over & Beyond Travel charges a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per person to cancel your vacation. This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request, and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid. Supplier-imposed penalties may apply. All cancellations must be in writing at https://bit.ly/cancelmytrip
Final Payment: The final payment must be received on or before the due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in the automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Over & Beyond Travel LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize their travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Over & Beyond Travel LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Over & Beyond Travel LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is included in the total package price. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment, less the cost of the travel insurance.
