Tentative Itinerary:
- Day 1 (Saturday, 2/13): Arrivals
- Day 2 (Sunday, 2/14): Ruta de las Flores/Ataco/Hot Springs full day excursion
- Day 3 (Monday, 2/15): NAWi Beach Club half day excursion
- Day 4 (Tuesday, 2/16): Day at leisure
- Day 5: (Wednesday, 2/17): Departures
The Fine Print (Please read carefully):
- PAYMENT PLAN: If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your travel package is nonrefundable/nontransferable. Travel insurance is not mandatory yet highly recommended. With travel insurance, should you need to cancel, you can file a claim against your travel insurance policy. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency. In the event that a natural disaster, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather conditions, prevents Coconut and Concrete Travel from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, including the provision of travel services or accommodations, Coconut and Concrete Travel shall promptly notify affected clients of the situation and the impact on their bookings. Coconut and Concrete Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by such natural disaster. Clients affected by cancellations due to the natural disaster will need to submit a claim against their travel insurance if they have opted to purchase insurance.
- CHANGE POLICY: There is a $50 fee to make any name, room category or roommate change to your reservation, there may also be an increase in your overall travel package rate as well.
- Final payment is due February 1, 2027; there is a late payment fee of $50 for payments made after final payment date up to February 5, 2027. Trips not paid in full after this date will be canceled without refund.
