WE WILL BE IN TWO LOCATIONS FOR THIS TRIP, VICTORIA FALLS AND HWANGE. WE WILL SPEND A TOTAL OF 4 NIGHTS IN VICTORIA FALLS AND A TOTAL OF 2 NIGHTS IN HWANGE. HWANGE IS ABOUT 2.5 HOURS AWAY FROM VICTORIA FALLS. WE WILL BE GOING TO HWANGE TO STAY AT THE SAFARI LODGE. Safari has excellent wildlife in front of camp (most days you would have elephant, impala, baboons and sable antelope right in-front of the tent and swimming pool)

What's not included:
  1. Roundtrip Airfare (Airport Code: VFA).
  2. Travel Insurance (HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR TRIP).
  3. Passport is required. 
  4. VISA REQUIRED (KAZA Visa is recommended, It will allow you to enter/exist both Zimbabwe and Zambia).
  5. Any incidental fees, the hotel may require
  6. Airport Transportation.
  7. Non- Refundable Deposit (Deposit goes towards final payment).   
 
 

Referral Program:

There are two parts to the program. 
Part 1: Earn $25 off your package for every NEW PERSON you refer, that hasn’t booked in the past, and are paid in full to go on the trip. If they cancel for any reason (without being paid in full) your referral bonus will be voided. Referral bonus is good for up to 5 people, totaling up to $125 off. Bonus will be deducted on your invoice, towards the last payment. 
Part 2: If you have previously booked and completed a trip with us you can use the allowed promo code to save money.
  • Use code "SUPPORT1" if you have booked one trip with us to save $25.
  • Use code "SUPPORT2" if you have booked two trips with us to save $50.
  • Use code "SUPPORT3" if you have booked three trips with us to save $75.
  • Use code "SUPPORT4" if you have booked four or more trips with us to save $100.
Both options are available per each trip (can be used on unlimited trips).
If you have booked more than 4 trips in the past and used the code for 4 trips, the max you can receive moving forward is $50 off, so use SUPPORT2.
 
🚨 IN ADDITION, All birthdays will now receive a $25 off each trip starting in 2026. This is on top of all other referral programs. 🚨 PSA: TIME is very precious and we need to value each others time! We will be on a STRICT time slot. Meaning you will get left!! Unfortunately, this has been one of biggest complaints in the past and I am trying to tighten up!! So be aware, if you are not ON TIME you will be responsible to provide your own transportation to the activities or risk missing it!! 🚨

Late Payment Policy:

If a payment is missed  it will result in a $10 late fee if there is no communication by day 7. (So after 7 days of no payment or communication, your invoice will be charged a $10 late fee).
 
***ANY BOOKINGS THAT GO 3 OR MORE MONTHS WITH NO PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND NON-REFUNDABLE.***

Cancellation policy:

The cancellation period for this trip is from April 15, 2027 to September 15, 2027. Any bookings processed after September 15, 2027 you will not be eligible for a FULL refund (regardless of the reason). Unless you have purchased travel insurance and are eligible for refund through your insurance plan. 

 

Trip booking cancellations will be based on when your booking is confirmed! So, please refer to the cancellation deadlines and eligible refund below.

-Cancellation by  May 15 2027 is eligible for 100% of the booking payment (excluding the $150 deposit).

-Cancellation by July 15, 2027 is eligible for 50% of the booking payment (excluding the $150 deposit).

-Cancellation by September 15, 2027 is eligible for 25% of the booking payment (excluding the $150 deposit).

 

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER September 15, 2027 (regardless of the reason).

Unless you have purchased travel insurance and are eligible for refund through your insurance plan. 

Any bookings that occur after September 15, 2027, will be the booking purchaser’s responsibility to sale and transfer the booking to someone else’s name.

This price will include 2 nights in Hwange at the Safari Lodge and 4 nights near Victoria Garden Falls/Livingstone.
 
We will land in VFA, spend 1 night there, then drive 2.5 hours to Hwange and spend 2 nights at the Safari Lodge. We will return to Victoria Falls and spend the remaining 3 nights.

Double Occupancy

“Pay Separately Option”- If you are booking at the “Double Occupancy” rate, but do not want to make payments on the same itinerary (i.e., you want to make your payments separately from your roommate), please select the “Pay Separately” option. This double occupancy option will allow both parties to book under one itinerary, combine payments, but pay separately.
