When filing a claim, a doctor's note* must be provided. This policy covers FULL CANCELLATIONS only, not partial cancellations.

This plan covers residents of all states.
The plan covers 100% reimbursement (for "covered full cancellations").
ANY GUEST FILING A CLAIM UNDER THIS SUPPLEMENTAL PLAN MUST PROVIDE APPROVED DOCUMENTATION (EX. DOCTOR'S NOTE*) OR FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If guests provide documentation of a cancellation event "covered" by the policy's guidelines, they will receive a refund of 100% of their insured non-refundable and pre-paid trip costs for full cancellations prior to 48 hours of travel.
All cancellation fees are non-refundable and are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility.
Here are a few of the "covered cancellation" reasons, qualifying for 100% reimbursement of full cancellations.

If your cancellation is not considered a "covered cancellation" reason as defined by the plan, all funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to consider "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON" coverage, please consider upgrading your insurance plan.
