 What's not included:
❌Travel Insurance. This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. A cancel for any reason Travel Insurance policy is highly recommended
❌Tips & Gratuities. Don't forget to bring plenty of $1 bills!! Be generous and tip the bus drivers, waitresses, bartenders, and room service providers
❌Excursions- Example, Swimming with the dolphins or photoshoots

  • All deposits & payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Deposits are due by Monday February 16, 2026
  • Final Payment Due: Monday September 7, 2026
  • Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the Meet and Great in October 2026
  • A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip. Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport 
  • You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions.  Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so

 Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments submitted to The S & J Travel Experience are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. You are solely responsible for purchasing your own travel insurance policy. Please let us know if you would like the rate for insurance through Delta. If you choose to get travel insurance on your own, and you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy, most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. 

 

Payments

We accept; cash, money order, cashier's check, Zelle (hornetina10@gmail.com), Cash App ($SandJTE), and PayPal (satinatravels10@gmail.com). If paying by Zelle, Cash App or PayPal please contact us before sending.

Standard Processing Fees

All credit and debit card transactions will incur a standard processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30. This fee is unavoidable.

Please note, pricing is subject to change without deposit. This is not the finalized booking. Once you submit your payment, your payment will be processed, and your package will be solidified. You will receive a confirmation of your booking within 72 hours of payment OR you will receive an email response if pricing has changed. Payment will only be applied if pricing is the same or cheaper than the rate seen on this page. If pricing has increased, your will receive an email or a text confirming new pricing before you are charged. Pricing is not guaranteed until your trip is booked.
How To Book: 

Prices are Per Person

  • Each roommate must submit their deposit in order to secure their air and land package
  • Couples may book together if one payment method will be used.
  • Invoices cannot be separated if roommates' book together
  • You must include your roommate's name on the registration form
  • You must book a single occupancy package if you don't have a roommate. If you find someone to join you after your deposit has been made, we can add them to your room at the prevailing rate
  • You must sign the Terms and Conditions before checkout    
  • Your spot is not guaranteed until you sign the agreement
