Booking Terms & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Final payments are due [30/60/90] days before travel unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made on time or your reservation may be subject to cancellation and applicable fees.

 Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@alwaysonacruise.com

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If cancellation occurs:

    • 91+ days prior to departure: Loss of deposit only.

    • 61–90 days prior: 50% of total cost forfeited.

    • 31–60 days prior: 75% of total cost forfeited.

    • 0–30 days prior: 100% of total cost forfeited.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, unused services, or early departures.

 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events. Refusal to purchase travel insurance is at your own risk.

Changes to Your Booking

  • Name changes, date changes, or room changes may be subject to vendor fees.

  • All change requests must be received in writing.

  • We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
