Itinerary:
- Day 1, Friday : Arrive, check-in, Group Gathering Dinner at Buffet Restaurant, 6:30pm (optional)
- Day 2. Saturday: Beach, resort activities, spa treatments, rest and relaxation. Excursion: Luminous Lagoon, pick-up hotel lobby, 5:30pm

RIDES
Ride #1. Ocho Rios
Pick up at the hotel and shuttle to Murphy Hill at 1600 feet in the hills with awesome views of Ocho Rios. A 4 mile descent with a mix of mellow Singletrack, a short technical section and some double track to finish at the Dunn's River Falls entrance close to sea level where the shuttle awaits. Then riders are shuttled to New Hope, a small community at approximately 1000 feet of elevation. We can take in the view and some refreshments at Raquel's rum shop then do a short xc loop before hitting the Blackneck trail. This Singletrack is mostly down and is a little more technical. There is more than one way down so we will repeat the short shuttle to enjoy both trails ending at the bottom of Fern Gully. The shuttle crew will take riders up Fern Gully and deposit riders in Orange Hall where a rowdy double track will lead to a more sedate section that follows the White River. This is a great opportunity for a cool dip. We will pick up the shuttle a few miles east of Ocho Rios and head to Mango Valley for the last ride of the day, Murray Mint. Again this is mostly downhill with a mix of single and double track and a few technical sections to conquer. It pops out onto the highway and after a short pedal, a swim and cool beverages await at Rio Nuevo fishing beach. A light local lunch will be provided at some point during the day.
Ride #2. Oracabessa
Begin where the first day ended, a few miles east of Ocho Rios in Mango Valley. After the short but sweet Ecuador Singletrack and a bit of climbing, riders will enjoy the Trench Town xc loop in the hills of Hamilton Mountain before descending on Old Tom's trail to Santana's Bar. A light lunch and refreshments will keep energy levels up as riders spend the rest of the day shuttling up to Days Mountain to sample Chicken Gunman, Jellied Eel, Bulls Balls and other trails in their Eden Park area. The day ends at James Bond Beach so bring a towel!
Ride #3. Robins Bay
Robin's Bayride involves a longer drive, 45 minute East of Ochi Rios to the small rural community of Pimento Hill. The first trail is the short, fast John Crow Gully singletrack. This is an easy trail to shuttle so 2 runs are possible. Then riders will climb the steep 200ft to the top of the Pressure Drop trail at 1000ft elevation. The view is amazing and after the essential photos it's all downhill to Black Sand Beach. After chilling at the beach riders have the option to do a short detour to Kwame Falls. This secluded waterfall can be spectacular depending on the river level. Then the ride follows the coastline back to Robins Bay along the aptly named 'This sucks until it doesn't' singletrack. The first climb is brutal but the rest of the trail soon makes you forget. Much needed food and refreshments will be waiting in Robins Bay before the drive back to the hotel.
