I am Desiree Palangdao operating as Hall Around The World and I am excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Desiree Palangdao/Hall Around The World and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

  • The provided quotes are preliminary and do not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.
  • Pricing is subject to change until a deposit is made
 
  • Availability is not guaranteed until booked

  • All rates are quoted in US dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates in provided quotes. Prices may change if dates are changed.

  • Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.

  • Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six month or more after your date of entry.
 
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

  • No space is being held with quotes provided. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, in the event of a pricing error or ommission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.

Hence, client agrees that Desiree Palangdao/Hall Around The World acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Desiree Palangdao/Hall Around The World shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.

At Hall Around The World, we are committed to providing a high-touch, personalized travel planning experience. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
 
Professional Travel Planning Fee

The Professional Travel Planning Fee is:

-Non-refundable
-Required to begin research and planning services
-Applied toward the time, expertise, and resources used to design your travel experience

Once planning has begun, this fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
 
 
Supplier Cancellations & Refunds
 
All travel bookings (including hotels, resorts, flights, and packages) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the individual travel supplier.

-Refund eligibility is determined solely by the supplier
-Processing penalties may apply depending on timing and terms
-Processing times for refunds vary by supplier

Hall Around The World  does not control supplier policies and is not responsible for denied refunds or delays.
 
 
Client-Initiated Cancellations
 
If you choose to cancel your trip:

-You must notify Hall Around The World in writing as soon as possible
-Applicable supplier cancellation fees will apply
-The planning fee remains non-refundable
 
 
Changes to Bookings

Request to modify an existing booking may:

-Be subject to supplier change fees
-Result in price increases based on availability
-Require additional planning time
 
 
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
 
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy policy claim.
 
By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge:
-You assume full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, or unforeseen events
-Hall Around The World is not liable for any financial losses incured
 
 
No-Show Policy

Failure to travel or use booked services (including no-shows):

-Will be treated as a cancellation
-Is non-refundable in most cases per supplier policy
 
 
Submission of this form and payment of the professional planning fee constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, cancellation policies, supplier policies, and service terms provided herein.

The professional planning fee is non-refundable and covers research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and professional travel planning services rendered.
