Due Dates:
- August 25th, 2025 Deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
- September 1st, 2025 50% of your room balance.
- December 1st, 2025 Remaining room balance is due.
Reminders:
To be included in Caitlin and Dan Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Caitlin and Dan with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

December 19th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

When 1 child ages 0 - 12 is sharing a room with a 1 adult the adult will be charged the Single Occupancy price.
Cancellation policy:
-
If you cancel your reservation before September 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Between September 1st, 2025 and November 1st, 2025 any rooms cancelled will be charged at 30%.

Between November 1st, 2025 and December 1st, 2025 any rooms cancelled will be charged at 50%.

If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
