Ladies!!!!!!! Luxury Escape is on the move again this time we are headed to ESSENCE FESTIVAL

The Essence Festival, known as "the party with a purpose", is an annual music festival which started in 1995 as a one-time event to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Essence, a magazine aimed primarily towards African-American women. It is the largest event celebrating African-American culture and music in the United States. Locally referred to as the Essence Fest, it has been held in New Orleans, Louisiana since 1994 except for 2006, when it was held in Houston, Texas due to Hurricane Katrina's effect on New Orleans. This festival offers free Empowerment Seminars, during the day at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, exciting music performances at night at the Mercedes Benz Superdome and also features artists simultaneously performing on a main stage as well

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This policy is due to contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that prevent us from obtaining refunds.If you cancel your reservation, the package becomes non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you have the ability to sell your spot to another guest. Luxury Escape Travel has negotiated pricing with this vendor and they do not allow us to obtain refunds. This approach enables us to keep your packages affordable and lets you make monthly payments on time on your vacation. If you have made a reservation for a double/triple/quad room and subsequently decide to cancel, it is imperative that you fulfill your responsibility by settling the outstanding balance or find someone else to replace your spot. This measure ensures that your roommate/s is not burdened with your share of the financial obligation. One missed or late payment is subjected to room cancellation

* Name changes are allowed with a $25 fee up until the final payment date 

* Payments must be made on time 

* There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee

* Payments are due on the 1st of every month

* Your initial deposit is due upon booking. You will be required to make your 2nd payment within 7 days of making your deposit, to ensure your monthly payments will be on track 

* We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
