A valid US passport is required to travel to Mexico for all passengers including children!
Change & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations (whether person or reservation) are subject to $100 per person Wishful Escapes Cancellation Fee. This fee in addition to penalties accessed by our service provider. Travel insurance does not cover this fee.
If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates.
Service Provider Policy - Deposit payments are nonrefundable in the absence of travel insurance.
- 15 days or more prior to departure, $200 per person is nonrefundable + any additional monies will be issued as travel voucher (no cash refunds unless you purchase Pre-Departure Waiver)
- 14 days or less, 100% penalty nonrefundable
Pre-Departure Waiver
The Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) waiver allows you to revise your booking up to and including the 8th day prior to departure or to cancel the booking entirely at any time prior to your originally scheduled departure time without incurring revision or cancellation fees. Should you cancel, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the waiver.
Note: Coverage does not include during travel, only covers changes prior to travel. Additional insurance may be purchased.
Pricing: $65 per person (not included in package total) Payment is due with the deposit.
Each person must on a reservation must make the same selection to either accept the waiver or decline.
Airline Loyalty
If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.
Resort Bedding Policy
King beds or Double beds are not guaranteed by the travel agent. We will request bedding on your behalf but it is subject to availability upon check-in.

Guest will be booked on the nonstop American Airlines flights from Charlotte.
Payments
Your invoice will auto-populate a monthly payment schedule. These payments are not required but simply a guideline or suggestion for you. You will receive a payment reminder but the payments are not required but suggested.
Reservations are not processed until we receive a form from all parties of a reservation.
COVID regulations are subject to change at any time.
Note: This is not a hosted trip! A Wishful Escapes rep will not be traveling with the group.
