These contractual agreements help to keep our package prices competitive and allow us to offer our guests flexible payment options. If you book a double occupancy room and one person is no longer able to travel/cancels, the remaining person must pay the single occupancy rate or cancel.
No refund or reduction will be made to any guest for accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the trip package but not utilized by the guest due to personal reasons.
The full trip balance owed is due by January 1, 2027. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
