- TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Your travel package is nonrefundable. If you have opted to purchase insurance you must claim against your travel insurance should you need to cancel. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you can be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency.
- CHANGE POLICY: There is a $50 fee to make any name, room category or roommate change to your reservation,
- Final payment is due MAY 5, 2024; there is a late payment fee of $50 for payments made after final payment date up to MAY 10, 2024. If you are opting not to pay for your trip in full at the time of booking, the payment schedule must be followed and payments must be paid on or before due date it is strongly suggested that you turn on AUTOPAY option. payment schedule payments not made within two weeks of due date may be cancelled. without refund. Trips not paid in full by May 10 2024 will be canceled without refund.
