Trip Notes

  1. The option to add flights from Miami is provided. Flights to/from Miami will not be included.
  2. If you bundle flights from Miami into your package our recommendation is that you arrive into Miami on August 30th and stay in an overnight hotel. The Miami to Curacao flight departs August 31st at 10a and returns September 4th at 12:05p. Please do not schedule your flight from Miami back home on the 4th before 2p.
  3. Please make sure to stay current on your payments. Failure to do so will cause the booking to cancel.
  4. Once you submit payment please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed.
  5. Typically you may see various vendor's names on your bank statement for the charges you authorize. This is due to the various vendors that we use for trips. If you notice a name that you do not recognize, please contact us for clarity.
  6. Excursions and jazz fest tickets will be offered once available.

Name Changes

Name changes provided to Stars N Skyes Travel in writing will be accepted until May 20, 2023, but are subject to the provisions of hotel/suppliers contracts. Name changes can be refused at any time or subject to cancelation penalties in the case of a hotel/supplier close-out. Name changes requested after documents are issued will be assessed a $100.00 per person name change fee. This applies to the misspelling of a name and not an entirely new passenger replacement. 

Do you need a passport? 

Yes, a valid passport is required. Refunds will not be issued for passengers denied boarding due to inability to present proper documentation. 

TRAVEL FROM ALL COUNTRIES

All international visitors are required to complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI card) online prior to departure. The Digital Immigration cardis a mandatory card for all foreign travelers to clear immigration in Curaçao. To do so visit: dicardcuracao.com

Note:
No COVID testing is required before traveling to Curaçao.

Please note: Check whether your travel insurance offers sufficient coverage for medical care abroad and any additional costs related to COVID-19. Please note that if you have to be quarantined or become ill during your stay and for example incur additional accommodation costs, these costs are for your own account if you are not sufficiently insured.

 
Cancellation policy:
You are booking with a group contract where we must maintain the minimum required amount of rooms/room nights and passengers based on the chosen hotel in order to maintain the group rates. If the group falls below the minimum, the group will be penalized. Therefore....
All payments are non-refundable. Should you book and later decide to cancel you will loose all payments that have been made. It is advised that you protect your investment with the purchase of a travel protection plan. Protecting your investment is highly recommended. Click here to shop Insurance policies. All cancellations and changes will incur a $50 penalty that must be made in order to start the cancellation process.
