Traveling the world is one of life's stress relievers. LET US DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU AND TAKE THE STRESS AWAY! Your quote will include one destination with three travel options within your budget if available.  Any revisions 7 days from your quote delivery will require a new planning fee. All travel quotes will be emailed within 3 to 7 business days unless you have paid a RUSH research fee to jump the line.
 
Ex., 3 friends are interested in traveling to Aruba.  We will inform them that Aruba has limited All-Inclusive options and priced out of budget.  If they wish to proceed, we will provide a quote listing 3 resort options.  Once they review the resort options, they decide that their budget is not flexible and they would like to travel to Mexico instead.  Mexico is a different destination and would require another planning fee.
 
We do our best to stay within your requested budget.  We are familiar with many locations and price points to provide you the best bang for your buck! In addition, we hold relationships with over 100 vendors and suppliers such as Disney, Carnival Cruise, Vacation Express and Sandals Resorts.  Due to these relationships, we are able to provide the best rates and hold quotes for our clients for up to 24-48 hours.
Clients must respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 24-48 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the determined price by placing a deposit or if traveling in less than 45 days, paying in full.
 

PLANNING FEE:

We are hired by you as professional advisors to discuss your wants and needs for each trip and to draw upon our industry and destination knowledge, as well as our experience and connections, to create a customized full service itinerary for each trip. The planning fees listed below includes our initial consultation, the time involved in research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. Once the supplier deposit is made, you will continue to receive services from N&T Family Travel Agency every step of the way. We will keep you updated with emails, payment plans (if required), air schedule changes (if necessary), check in process and in-travel issues.  If you decide not to book with us or cancel your vacation, our fee applies for services rendered.  The following fees apply:
 
  • $25 non-refundable research fee is required for 1-8 people
  • $30 non-refundable research fee is required for cabin and vacation home rentals regardless of the # of guests
  • $50 non-refundable research fee for a group of 9+  people. 
  • $100 non-refundable research fee for groups of  50+ people (Example: family reunion, class reunion, birthday celebrations, etc)
 

COUPON CODES: Save $5-10 using the following codes.  Credentials will be verified. Do not add this code if it doesn't truthfully apply to you. Travel plans will not begin until verification is completed.

  • BIRTHDAY - $5 off during your birthday month
  • LOYAL - $10 off if you've FULLY paid for atleast TWO vacations booked by N&T "AND" did not cancel/receive a refund
  • ANNIVERSARY - $5 off during anniversary month

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Planning fees arealso not reimbursable through travel insurance/protection

Also only the main traveler MUST BE listed on the inquiry form.  The names of the guests traveling does not have to be listed, but the number of guest MUST BE listed as all rentals will have a max occupancy policy.
