Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve an AmaWaterways river cruise, a deposit of $400 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due no later than July 10, 2025; non-payment may result in the reservation being cancelled. Taylored Tours will set up monthly payment reminders for you or you can pay at any time in any amount up until the final payment date. Please note that if you purchase travel protection, this amount is due at the time of your initial deposit.

Cancellation and refunds:
In the unfortunate event that you cannot travel and you need to cancel, please notify Taylored Tours via email (cindi@tayloredtours.com). No cancellation can be taken without written notification. Cancellations are effective from the date of receipt of the written notification. If AmaWaterways has already issued final documentation that includes air tickets, the unused air tickets must be returned to AmaWaterways before they can be cancelled. Please note that any name change/substitution of passenger is treated as a cancellation and any/all applicable cancellation charges will be applied.

The cost for AmaWaterways Travel Protection is 13% of your total trip cost. If you choose to purchase the Travel Waiver Plus with it (Cancel for any reason up to 31 days prior to the start of your AmaWaterways purchased services), it is only an additional $80. We can provide you with quotes and information directly from the tour company, cruise line, or 3rd party insurance company that we work with. All questions about coverage, claims, etc. should be directed to the insurance provider.
