Terms & Conditions for the Summer Solstice Retreat

By registering for the Summer Solstice Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your spot.
• Full payment is due by June 1st, 2025. Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.
• Cancellations made before June 1st, 2025 will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after June 1st, 2025 are non-refundable.
• If the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

2. Liability & Personal Responsibility

• Participants attend the retreat at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• It is your responsibility to inform the organizer of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

3. Code of Conduct

• This retreat is a space for contemplation, reflection, and spiritual connection. Participants are expected to treat others with respect and kindness.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.

4. Photography & Media Release

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you notify the organizer in writing before the event.

5. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
