Quote Requests
Sail Away Travels has a $75 non-refundable Professional Planning Service fee* for all clients.
This fee includes our usual services of researching/recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever-changing rules and guidelines to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination.
Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary phone consultation will be arranged.
During that call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due and collected prior to ANY planning/research of the vacation begins.
While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our Professional Planning Service fee ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way.
NOTE* Group bookings or Destination wedding fees will differ and be discussed on the complimentary phone call.
INCLUDED WITH FEE: 2 QUOTES (in budget range; more or less).
With either two different destinations or two different hotels.
Any Additional Quotes and/or revisions will be an added $25.00 per. As your Travel Advisor, I put in lots of time to get you the vacation you are looking for.
For FLIGHT ONLY bookings: A fee will be incorporated and include $25 per person for domestic and $50 per person for international flights.
This fee will be a separate charge from the flight booking and paid directly to Sail Away Travels.
The Non-Refundable $75 fee is waived for flight-only bookings.

Once the research fee is received, you can expect to receive your personalized quote within 24 to 72 hours, unless you opt for our Rush Fee service. Please note that quoted prices are subject to change until your deposit is received.
This research fee ensures meticulous attention to detail in planning your itinerary and covers any necessary adjustments, processing of insurance-covered cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances before, during, or after your journey.

Terms & Conditions:
Terms and Conditions for Travel Agency Services
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Sail Away Travels, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency,".
Booking and Payment:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
The Agency accepts payment via credit card only.
Prices quoted are subject to change without notice until deposit and or full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Agency in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the terms and conditions of the travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
The Agency reserves the right to charge administrative fees for processing cancellations and refunds.
Travel Documents and Insurance:
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their destination.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
If you decline Travel Insurance you are required to sign a waiver.
Changes and Amendments:
Any changes or amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
The Agency reserves the right to charge administrative fees for processing changes and amendments.
Responsibilities and Liabilities:
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the traveler and travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for any deficiencies or failures on the part of these providers.
The Agency is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts of negligence or default of third-party service providers. The agency is not liable for "acts of god" and includes both natural and man-made events like fires, floods, storms, war, and labor disputes.
The traveler acknowledges and agrees that participation in certain activities (e.g., adventure sports, excursions) carries inherent risks, and the Agency shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries incurred during such activities.
Privacy and Data Protection:
The Agency respects the privacy of its customers and complies with applicable data protection laws.
Personal information provided by customers is used solely to facilitate travel bookings and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using the services of the Agency, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and the most current version will be posted on the Agency's website.
