A second deposit of $75 is due 60 days later (or right away if booking late).

Final balance is due by October 1, 2026.

If you need to cancel, penalties apply based on how close to travel we receive notice (from 25% up to 100% of the tour cost).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Passports must be valid at least 6 months beyond the return date, and travelers are responsible for securing required visas/entry documents.

International flights are not included unless otherwise noted.

Deposits & Payments

At booking, a non-refundable deposit of $25 per person is due.

A second deposit of $75 is due 60 days later (or immediately if booking after this deadline).

Final balance is due October 1, 2026.

If booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required.

Payments by credit card may be subject to chargeback protections, but travelers are responsible for any disputed/chargeback amounts owed to Culture Holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Culture Holidays’ cancellation fees apply as follows:

120–61 days before arrival: 25% of tour cost

60–31 days before arrival: 40% of tour cost
-
30–07 days before arrival: 75% of tour cost
-
06 days–72 hrs before arrival / No-show: 100% of tour cost (no refund
