- Booking cancellation policy: This booking is non-refundable, non-changeable. As part of a group booking you will not be able to access seat selection until May 1st 2025. Name changes are permitted up to 45 days prior to departure for a change fee of $100

Travel insurance is highly recommended, if you have not already requested a quote and would like more information please contact your travel advisor.
The above client has been informed of the risks of traveling during a global pandemic by WEST CANADIAN TRAVEL INC. (hereinafter “The Travel Agency”) and has released The Travel Agency and all of it’s partners, suppliers, and subsidiaries, from all the responsibilities and liabilities which include but is not limited to the following:
3.Responsibilities of The Client:
a.) Understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the chosen supplier prior to asking the Travel Consultant to book your trip on your behalf.
b.) Reading and understanding the information provided to you. Some of this information may be mandatory, such as but not limited to, documentation requirements, airport arrival deadlines for flights, COVID-19 testing requirements, and vaccination information.
c.) To provide The Travel Agency with the correct information for your trip. This includes but is not limited to: Legal names as per your valid travel documentation, Gender, and Date of Birth. Suppliers can deny boarding if information is not correct, and incorrect information may not be amended once the trip is booked. The end result of this can include forfeit of funds, and to fully rebook at current rates.
d.) Reading and understanding your supplier travel documentation at least one week prior to travel.
e.) Complete all supplier(s) online check-in during the time given. Always reconfirm all flight departure times before arrival at the airport and keep a close eye on gate numbers as they may change. Re-confirm pick up times for any transfers booked. Reviewing entry requirements for your destination country and re-entry requirements for returning to Canada.
4.The Client has read, understands, and agrees to the booking terms and conditions of the travel supplier as per their website, including the change and cancellation policy and fees.
5.The Client acts on behalf of, and represents, every person(s) as listed on their invoice and travel reservation.
A passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended travel time is required for most international travel destinations. It is your responsibility to obtain at your expense all documentation, including visas, required by all relevant government authorities for travel, which may vary depending on citizenship status. Any traveler without proper documentation will be denied boarding and Flight Centre Associates will not be held responsible for incorrect documentation whatsoever. Travel to Cuba requires insurance coverage.
You have advised your consultant that you are traveling on a Canadian passport.
Effective June 1, 2009, Canadian citizens will require a passport to enter the United States at land and marine ports. A passport is required to entry in United States by air regardless.
Cancellation, Amendment & Additional Charges: Most bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. Amendment charges may apply. Some charges and/or a portion of charges are refundable dependent on airlines/ suppliers' applicable charges. At the time of cancellation, you will be notified of the charges that will be refunded.
