Western Caribbean From Galveston, TX
Start: Galveston > Costa Maya > Belize > Cozumel > End: Galveston

Day 1:GALVESTON, TX
Sun Jul 9, 2023 | Depart 3:30 PM
The Galveston Cruise Terminals are a popular departure point for cruises, and there are many reasons why. It’s easy to reach from major cities including Houston, Austin and Dallas as well as most southern states. The port is less than 45 minutes from the open sea.

Day 2:FUN DAY AT SEA
Mon Jul 10, 2023

For many passengers, a day at sea is the best day of a cruise vacation, with an entire ship to explore and no rush to join a shore tour or make the most of a few limited hours in a port of call. On a Carnival cruise, these “Fun Days at Sea” are packed with great activities and plenty of things to do.
Join the Fun Squad for fun and dancing. Smiling ear to ear is a common side effect. The Mega Deck Party is an island inspired party that celebrates the fun and spirit of RedFrog and BlueIguana - the colorful namesake characters from our poolside watering holes. Up for some pool volleyball? The Fun Squad will get you on your feet for line dancing and Limbo - "how low can you go?". Join in and wear red or blue clothing in honor of some of our favorite places to have a drink!

Day 3:COSTA MAYA, MEXICO
Tue Jul 11, 2023 | 1:00 PM To 8:00 PM
Costa Maya is one of Mexico's most popular cruise ports and emerging travel destinations located just hours from Cancun on Mexico's southern Yucatan Peninsula.  Costa Maya is comprised of three grand pavilions, artisan and luxury shopping areas, a beach club, saltwater pools, fine restaurants and bars, and all the resources necessary to explore the surrounding jungle and the world's second largest coral reefs.

For those looking to enjoy a relaxing day basking in the sun, there are pristine beaches; and if more into active pursuits, snorkeling, scuba, catamaran sailing, fishing or jet skiing are available.

A couple of spectacular Mayan ruins are highlights close by - in particular Chacchoben. If cruising with children cruise passengers can enjoy zip line courses and water slides at the Mayá, Lost Mayan Kingdom Theme Water Park, close by.

Day 4:BELIZE
Wed Jul 12, 2023 | 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
There are basically three things to do on your visit to Belize. Scuba diving, snorkeling and swimming in the offshore reefs are what brings most folks to Belize, as these reefs are some of the most beautiful in the world. You can also check out the Mayan ruins that exist inland at Altun Ha, Lamanai, Cahal Pech and Xunantunich. And lastly, you can participate in some of the eco-tours, including cave tubing and river rafting, that make Belize a great place to visit. Plus you can also spend time exploring Belize City.

Day 5:COZUMEL, MEXICO
Thu Jul 13, 2023 | 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Cozumel is the most popular cruise destination in the Western Caribbean area, noted for its tropical weather, fishing, abundant diving and snorkeling opportunities and Mayan ruins.
There are basically five things to do on your visit to Cozumel. Scuba diving and snorkeling are what brings most folks to the island, owing to the large number of excellent reef sites that are situated on the western shore of the island. Going to one of the many Beach Clubs is how visitors to Cozumel do the beach thing. You can also check out the Mayan ruins that exist on the island and on the mainland, at Tulum, Coba and other locations; Tulum is particularly well preserved and worth a visit. If you're looking for adventure, there are several water parks to be found on the mainland as well. And lastly, you can dine, drink and/or shop in San Miguel's bars, restaurants, stores and shopping centers.

Day 6:FUN DAY AT SEA
Fri Jul 14, 2023

On a Carnival cruise, these “Fun Days at Sea” are packed with great activities and plenty of things to do. But when it is the last sea day of a Carnival cruise, what should you make sure to do so you aren’t missing any of the great on board opportunities?

Shop ‘Til You Drop
With the Fun Shops open all day, there will be plenty of great sales to take advantage of during your last sea day.

Grab a Crazy Delicious Lunch
Your last day at sea may be your last opportunity to enjoy the delicious lunch offerings on board. You can always stick with the Lido buffet, deli, or pizza, but why not indulge in one more burger from Guy’s Burger Joint, or try a taco or burrito with fresh homemade salsa from the BlueIguana Cantina?
