Empowered Wellness Escape: Let’s Take a Break
Cala Luna Boutique Hotel
Tamarindo, Costa Rica 🇨🇷
May 24–27, 2026
Take a break… and come back restored, recharged, and ready to thrive.
We see you.
You’ve been holding it all together — for your family, your career, your community — but when was the last time you truly held space for yourself?
This is your invitation to step away from the noise, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit.
At the Empowered Wellness Escape: Let’s Take a Break, you’ll join an intimate group of women in a tropical sanctuary for four days of rest, reflection, connection, and clarity.
Guided by four dynamic women — Tiffany James, Dr. Sondra Graham, Amber Baker, and Danielle Desiree — this retreat blends holistic wellness, personal growth, and inspiration into one transformative experience.
Come home to yourself — and leave ready to thrive in your next season.
Why Take a Break?
We all carry so much.
As nurturers, leaders, professionals, and friends, we pour into others daily — but rarely give ourselves permission to stop and refill.
This retreat is your chance to embrace rest as an act of self-love and strength, and to rediscover the woman you’re becoming.
