Group Trip: My Big Greek Getaway 2026
Agency: Resort Lovers International

By submitting any payment, the Traveler agrees to all terms listed below.

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLAN

Deposit
$200 per person due at time of booking

Installments
$250 per person every other month beginning February 18, 2026

Final Balance
Due August 18, 2026

Payment Schedule
Deposit: When you book
February 18, 2026: $250 per person
April 18, 2026: $250 per person
June 18, 2026: $250 per person
August 18, 2026: Final balance due

Important Details
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
If any payment is more than 5 days late, your booking will automatically cancel and cannot be reinstated
All funds paid will be forfeited
Payment reminders may be sent, however payments are not automatically deducted
Each payment must be authorized by the Traveler
Additional payments are accepted and encouraged at any time

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

The Traveler agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for any amount paid to Resort Lovers International. Doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement. The Agency reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including recovery of fees, costs, and attorney’s fees. This obligation applies even if the trip is canceled or completed.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

This is a land-only package and does not include international airfare from the U.S. to Greece. Airfare will be booked separately, although assistance is available upon request.

PASSPORT & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required to enter Greece. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of this trip. For this departure, it must not expire before April 8, 2027.

Travelers holding non-U.S. passports are responsible for checking their own entry requirements.

Beginning in 2025, U.S. travelers to Greece must complete an ETIAS travel authorization. This is a quick online application and is not a visa. The estimated cost is approximately $20. Detailed instructions and reminders will be provided closer to travel.

If you do not yet have a passport, you may still book. A valid passport must be in hand before travel.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

Resort Lovers International acts solely as an intermediary between the Traveler and third-party suppliers. The Agency is not responsible for supplier delays, errors, cancellations, operational issues, or failure to provide services.

ITINERARY & ACCOMMODATION ADJUSTMENTS

In rare situations, minor changes to the itinerary or accommodations may be necessary due to availability, weather, operational needs, or local conditions. Any changes made will be equal or greater in value and will always be made with the Traveler’s experience and safety as the top priority.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Declining insurance is done at the Traveler’s own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Resort Lovers International is not liable for injury, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, supplier failure, airline changes, pandemics, or any circumstance beyond the Agency’s control.

PRIVACY & MEDIA RELEASE

Resort Lovers International does not sell or share personal information except as required to provide travel services or when required by law.

By participating in this group trip, the Traveler grants permission for photos and video taken during the trip to be used for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes, without compensation.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment, the Traveler confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This electronic acceptance serves as a legally binding signature.

 Assignment
The Agency may assign rights and obligations to suppliers or third parties as necessary to provide services.

Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.

Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing or submitting payment, the Traveler confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms, obligations, and limitations herein. This acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding signature.
