By submitting this form and/or submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of service outlined by Dreamscape Luxury Travel (DLT). I understand that DLT acts solely as a travel planning agency and is not the source or supplier of the travel services I am purchasing. DLT is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators. I agree not to hold DLT liable for any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience due to acts or omissions beyond their control. I understand that accurate traveler information is my responsibility, including names matching government-issued IDs, and that failure to comply may result in denied services for which DLT is not responsible. I have been advised to purchase travel insurance and understand that all travel documents must be reviewed upon receipt. I accept that pricing is subject to change due to taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier-imposed increases, and authorize DLT to charge my card on file for any applicable post-booking adjustments. I understand that travel requirements such as passports, visas, or vaccinations are my responsibility and that travel involves inherent risks. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, with exclusive jurisdiction in Henrico County.
