Playtime Travel Co. charges a non-refundable Cruise Planning Fee of $25.00 to begin planning your Carnival Cruise. This fee covers the planning process for bookings to be completed within 5 days of receiving your first quote.

** The charge will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPALTRAVEL AGENT **

** You may receive a simple email receipt from PAYPAL listing a payment to OUTSIDEAGENTS **

**Please bear in mind that any disputes by a client on a service fee charge will incur a fee for each dispute. **

If a booking is not secured within this 5-day period, the planning process will be automatically canceled.  However, the planning fee will not be lost. Instead, it will be converted into a credit that can be used towards the planning fee on any Carnival sailing within one year from the original quote date.

By paying the Cruise Planning Fee, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Please note, Playtime Travel Co. does not handle airfare bookings.
