After breakfast and hotel checkout, we will depart for a 4-hour drive to the coastal city of Cape Coast, with planned rest stops to ensure a comfortable journey.

Afternoon: Immerse yourselves in the poignant history of the transatlantic and cultural heritage of the Ashanti Kingdom with a tour of the Machia Palace, the official residence of the Asantehene: Osei Tutu II, the traditional ruler of the Ashanti people.
Late-Afternoon: At the solemn Asin Manzo Slave Market and River Site, we'll pay homage to the enslaved Africans who were tragically taken from their homeland. This site marks where they took their last bath on African soil before being forced into the transatlantic slave trade.
