PRICE IS PER PERSON 

In order to join this group trip, all travelers are required to leave with the group from Newark International Airport or John F. Kennedy airport. Group seats are in economy.

*The cost of airfare included in your package is only an estimate and is subject to change based on availability and pricing at the time of booking the group's airfare. Flight schedule is subject to change. 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:   Monthly payments will be required by the due date noted on the invoice.  We require written notice prior to payment due date if your payment date needs to be altered. If (2) consecutive payments are missed without written notice your reservation will be canceled.  If you'd like to reinstate your reservation, a $200.00 reinstatement fee per person as well as the past due payments are required prior to the reservation being reinstated.

BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS:  If you would like to schedule for Bi-Weekly notification will need to be sent to hello@travelwiththetrio.com  as we require written notice prior to payment due date if your payment date needs to be altered. If (2) consecutive payments are missed without written notice your reservation will be canceled.  If you'd like to reinstate your reservation, a $200.00 reinstatement fee per person as well as the past due payments are required prior to the reservation being reinstated.

Final payment due June 1, 2025. 

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
