PAYMENT INFORMATION:  There is a convenience fee on every payment charged to cover processing fees. 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: 

A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

CANCELLATION: 

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@travelwiththetrio.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 954-574-2877 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.

FEES: 

Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to Travel with the Trio, LLC prior to May 1, 2024, any time after a fee will be assessed. In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $100 late fee per person. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Once deposit is received, payments are monthly unless balance is paid in full. Also, you have the option of enabling autopay for your monthly payments to auto deduct out of your account.

IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

REFUNDS: All payments to Travel with Trio, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travel with the Trio,  LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip. 

EUROPEAN UNION ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

For entry into Greece, your passport should have at least six months of remaining validity.

It is expected that the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) will be operational from mid-2025. 

Tourist Visa NOT currently required for stays less than 90 days

You must arrive in country with proof of sufficient funds and a return airline ticket or other evidence that you will depart Greece if asked. The sufficient funds requirement is often met with credit cards.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department's Consular website at www.dhs.gov.

All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.

Prices are subject to change without notice and based on availability. Once a deposit is made, the current price will be locked in. Deposits are non-refundable.
