Deposits and Payments
All deposits paid to Travel Butler are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional payments made to Travel Butler are also non-transferable.
Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via your invoice portal to qualify as officially received.
Hedonism Trips:
- Cancellation requests made 180 days or more before the trip are eligible for a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee per person.
- Cancellation requests made less than 180 days before the trip will receive no refund.
- Late payments on scheduled Hedonism trip installments are subject to a $50 late fee on the outstanding balance. Please review and adhere to all due dates for your selected vacation to avoid additional charges.
All Other Trips:
- Cancellation requests made 120 days or more before the trip are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit paid per person.
- Cancellation requests made less than 120 days before the trip will receive no refund.
Missed Payments
Failure to make two consecutive scheduled payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation. All previous deposits and payments will be forfeited.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially for international trips, to cover unforeseen circumstances such as inability to travel, illness, injury, or other emergencies.
Policy Changes
Travel Butler reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
Communication
Most of the communication about the trip will happen in our paid Facebook group. This is where we will get to know each other and discuss plans for the trip. Once the group is created, you will receive an email with a link to join. Please be sure to join the group promptly to ensure you don’t miss any updates or important information.
Roommates
If you are booking double occupancy, you do not need to have a roommate at the time of booking. Many of our guests find their roommates in our paid Facebook group, where other individuals are also looking for roommates. If you do not find someone in the group, we will match you with someone we believe would be a good fit.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to make the trip, encounter medical issues while traveling, your flight is canceled, luggage is lost, or other unforeseen circumstances occur. We recommend Allianz but encourage you to explore other options, as several companies offer travel insurance. Please note that some providers require you to purchase insurance at the same time as your reservation, so be sure to check the terms when selecting an insurance company.
