• Passport required with 6+ months validity beyond travel dates
• Sri Lanka eVisa required
• Moderate walking required throughout this experience

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a deposit/payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENTS

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
• Failure to remain current on payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
• Full payment must be received by the final payment deadline listed on your invoice.
• Late payments may incur a $75 late fee.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation penalties are as follows:

• Deposit: Non-Refundable
• 160+ days before departure: 25% penalty
• 120-159 days before departure: 50% penalty
• 119-89 days before departure: 75 % non-refundable
• Under 90 days before departure: 100% non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed flights
• Failure to obtain required travel documents
• Personal emergencies
• Fear of travel
• Weather disruptions
• Airline schedule changes
• Unused portions of the trip

NAME CHANGES

Name changes are subject to supplier approval and applicable fees.

ROOMMATES

Travelers selecting double occupancy without a roommate understand:

• roommate matching is not guaranteed
• if a roommate cancels, remaining traveler is responsible for applicable solo occupancy costs

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

• valid passports
• visas
• entry documentation

SJT is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry.

GROUP TRAVEL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This is a group experience. Itinerary adjustments may occur due to operational needs, weather, safety concerns, or supplier changes.

Surreal Journeys Travel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers. SJT is not liable for injury, loss, delays, theft, accidents, supplier bankruptcy, acts of God, political unrest, airline disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
