Sis, if you’ve been craving a quick escape that feels grown, soft, and intentional, this is IT. I've organized a very small, very intimate Memorial Day weekend getaway to Antigua & Barbuda for Culinary Month. Think beautiful island vibes, incredible food, relaxed luxury, and zero rushing. Just good energy and good company.

Just a heads up though: no space is being held, so rates can change at any time. If this is calling you (and you know when something is calling you), it’s best to lock it in sooner than later. This isn’t a big group trip - it’s a quiet, curated escape on a stunning island with women who get it.

What's included in this trip:
  • Transportation to and from V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU)
  • All-Inclusive hotel accommodations at the upscale adults-only 4 star Royalton CHIC Antigua
  • Tickets to the highly anticipated Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month annual event, FABFest (Food, Art & Beverage Festival)
  • Curated chef event at the stylish and sleek Rokuni
  • A Puerto Rican-inspired BBQ at The Hut with Chef Angel Barreto
  • Transportation to and from all Culinary Month events
What's not included:
  • International flight to and from V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU)
  • Travel insurance (offered at time of booking - very highly recommended)
Tentative Itinerary:
  • Day 1 (5/22): Arrival/Dinner event at Rokuni
  • Day 2 (5/23): Late afternoon/early evening at FAB Fest 
  • Day 3 (5/24): Enjoy a culinary event at The Hut at Jumby Bay
  • Day 4 (5/25): Departures    
The Fine Print (Please read carefully):
  • PAYMENT PLAN: If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your travel package is nonrefundable/nontransferable. Travel insurance is not mandatory yet highly recommended. With travel insurance, should you need to cancel, you can file a claim against your travel insurance policy. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency. In the event that a natural disaster, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather conditions, prevents Coconut and Concrete Travel from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, including the provision of travel services or accommodations, Coconut and Concrete Travel shall promptly notify affected clients of the situation and the impact on their bookings. Coconut and Concrete Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by such natural disaster. Clients affected by cancellations due to the natural disaster will need to submit a claim against their travel insurance if they have opted to purchase insurance. 
  • CHANGE POLICY: There is a $50 fee to make any name, room category or roommate change to your reservation, there may also be an increase in your overall travel package rate as well.
  • Convenience fee: Card payments include a small convenience fee charged by the payment processor for secure online processing.
  • Final payment is due April 1 2026; there is a late payment fee of $100 for payments made after final payment date up to April 20, 2026.  Trips not paid in full after this date will be canceled without refund.
