When you initially sign up for the trip, you do not need to provide extensive information, such as passport details or flight seat preferences. You can come back and update this information later.
Cancellation Policy – Subject to Change
All cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellation policies are established in accordance with our suppliers’ terms and conditions and may be modified at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to communicate updates promptly, the applicable cancellation terms will be those in effect with the supplier(s) at the time the cancellation request is received and will govern all bookings.
To formally cancel a reservation, clients must submit their request in writing via email and confirm the cancellation by phone. Both steps are required to ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of the request. A cancellation will not be considered finalized until our office provides confirmation.
Failure to complete both the email and phone notification requirements may result in the reservation remaining active and subject to the full terms and conditions of the booking.
Group Harmony Clause:
To ensure a positive experience for all travelers, CJ’s Luxe Travel maintains a strict code of conduct. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose actions disrupt the group environment or negatively affect the experience of others. This includes, but is not limited to, disorderly conduct, excessive intoxication, verbal abuse, or any behavior deemed unsafe or incompatible with group travel.
If removal becomes necessary, the traveler will be responsible for all associated costs, including alternative travel arrangements and penalties. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the trip due to removal.
