Mandatory Dress Code:
All White Party Onsite (All White Attire), Sunset Cruise (Orange Yacht Wear Attire), Farewell Dinner (Shades of Green)
PASSPORTS: Please note, this destination is an international destination and will require all guest to have valid passports that will not expire within 6 months of the selected travel dates. All reservations must be made in the full name that matches the passport used for traveling. If any changes need to be made, there may be additional fees that will be the responsibility of the traveler.
PAYMENTS: All payments must be made to Kalisha Smith, LLC dba Curated Vacay via our secure booking portal and merchant account with Travel Joy. This will allow you to make payments with any major credit/debit cards and will automatically send monthly payment reminders. Please note, these are reminders and the only required payment is the deposit to secure your slot on the trip and the final balance payment which is due on December 31, 2023 11:59pm. If full payment is not secured by this date, there may be penalties and/or your package may be cancelled without a refund.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is an additional $129-$209 per person and all individuals rooming in the same room must select travel insurance for it to be valid. You must add insurance to your room at the time of booking. Insurance does not cover excursions or any additional group activities that may be included in the pricing and will only provide a refund for your room and/or flight cost depending on the package. Please see what is included and pricing breakdown in the extra options below.
CHECK IN POLICIES: You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 USD, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, you will need to make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt.
We strongly encourage all our clients to protect their investment with travel insurance. All payments to Kalisha Smith, LLC dba Curated Vacay are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There will be no refunds provided as we have contractual agreements with the resort, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This ensures we can keep our package pricing affordable and competitive to allow our clients accessibility in making monthly payments for their Curated Vacay! Please note, agreeing to invest in this package is an agreement that you fully understand what your package entails and that you will not dispute the charges once payment is rendered.
- Question: I don't have a roommate, but I don't want to pay the solo rate. Can you match me with someone on the trip?
- Answer: YES!! We pride ourselves on asking the right questions to get this done right! However, there is no guarantee that you will be matched with a roommate based on how many people book and who needs a roommate/ or not! It's best to poll the facebook group and select this option on your booking form but do not expect it to be guaranteed. We will do our best and if a roommate is selected to be matched with you, we will notify you and adjust your invoice accordingly.
- Question: What is the difference between land only and the total package?
- Answer: Our land only package does not include airfare however, includes all the additional listed items. The different packages includes airfare from NYC, JFK Airport or ATL Airport. We will gladly provide a flight quote for those flying from all other destinations!
- Question: What airport should I plan to arrive in if I choose the Land Only Option?
- Answer: Land Only excludes airfare but still includes all other amenities including roundtrip airport transfers. If you choose this option, please fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) located in Montego Bay Jamaica, which is the closest airport to Hideaway Blue Waters.
- Question: Will my room have two beds in it?
- Answer: There are limited double beds at this resort therefore we encourage all individuals seeking to have double beds due to having a roommate/share a room, to please book early. Bedding is not guaranteed however, it is our goal to ensure comfort of all guest.
