Proper Protocol To Booking
Thank you for giving Epic Vacations the opportunity to assist with planning your vacation.
Please complete the travel consultation form in its entirety. There is a non refundable consultation fee that MUST be paid before any research starts. Each form is for ONE destination and up to 2 quotes. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one. Once your consultation fee and form is received please allow 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. It may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. You will be contacted to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started. Please note if the client consultation form is not completed it can possibly delay the start of planning your vacation.
How To Book:
- Step 1: Select your package below and click 'Book Now'. Solo Traveler $20, Group of 2 to 9 $25, Group of 10 or more $100.
- Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers you can add the number of travelers on the form on the next step.
- Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'
- Step 4: Fill the form out in as much detail as possible about your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
- Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'
- Step 6: Authorize payment for research fee.
- Step 7: Wait 3-5 business days for quotes to be sent to your email.
Quote Request:
Quotes will be sent via email within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your form. Once your form is received, you will receive two options to choose from based on your travel inquiry form. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 10 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.
Quotes will be sent via email Monday-Friday. Closed Saturday-Sunday and holidays.
Cancellation policy:
Planning/consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
