Cancellation policy:
If you or anybody traveling with you wishes to cancel either your/their cruise, you must contact Epiphany Travel Agency (ETA) at 770-299-9395 or via email at email@epiphanytravelagency.com, and give notice of the cancellation. The Voyage will only be canceled on the date we receive the notice of cancellation.
If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be eligible to reclaim any nonrefundable payments (minus any applicable fees) under the terms of your travel insurance policy.
