Your applicable fee will be determined based on the details shared in your inquiry.
Planning fees may include:
• Initial trip review and feasibility assessment

• Quote sourcing and comparison

• Booking strategy and next-step guidance
No quotes or proposals are provided until the planning fee is paid.
Important Notes Before Submitting Payment
Please review carefully before proceeding:
• Flights-only bookings are not offered
• Planning fees apply per trip, not per traveler
• Planning fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payment of the planning fee does not guarantee availability or pricing
• Pricing is subject to change until a deposit is secured
• Some group planning fees may be eligible for refund based on booking participation (when applicable)
What the Planning Fee Does Not Include
To ensure clarity, planning fees do not include:
• Flights-only bookings
• Unlimited revisions or open-ended brainstorming
• Last-minute or emergency planning
• Visa or passport application processing
• Booking services without a secured deposit
Additional planning services — including group travel coordination, destination weddings, or complex itineraries — may require an upgraded planning fee. If applicable, this will always be communicated before work begins.
