• Deposit: A $150 deposit is due at booking to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law (see the New York clients note below). Once payments are sent to our vendors on your behalf, we cannot get them back.
• Payment plan: After your deposit, you can pay the balance in monthly installments. Your payment amounts and due dates will be shown at checkout and on your invoice. Payment plan installments are charged automatically to the card on file on each due date. It's your responsibility to keep a valid card on file. If an automatic payment fails, you'll be notified and must make the payment right away.
• Final payment due: May 10, 2027. You may also pay in full at booking.
• Late payments: If you have a balance after the final payment due date, a late fee of $50 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, will be added to your invoice automatically one day after the final payment date.
• Cancellation for non-payment: If your balance isn't paid, your reservation is automatically cancelled the day after the final payment due date, unless we've made other arrangements in writing. You have 14 days to ask to reinstate it. A $200 reinstatement fee applies, and reinstatement depends on availability.
• Rooming & roommates: All prices are per person. Package prices are based on the room type you select at booking. If you book a shared room and your roommate cancels, you're responsible for any increase in your room cost, unless another traveler can be matched with you. A roommate cancelling does not make your own payments refundable. Room assignments and bed types are subject to hotel availability.
• Reservation changes: Any change to your reservation, including name changes, is $50 per person plus any vendor fees. Replacing yourself with another traveler counts as a cancellation, not a change.
• Name on your reservation: Book using your full name exactly as it appears on your passport.
• How to cancel: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Email tanya@adrenalinehqtravel.com with your full name and "Bali 2027 Cancellation" in the subject line. If you don't receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, email again to make sure it was received.
• Unused services: There are no refunds for any part of the trip you miss or don't use, including late arrivals and no-shows.
• New York clients: Under the New York Truth in Travel Act (GBL §157-a), you may cancel for a full refund at any time before you receive our written disclosure of trip terms (your booking confirmation and invoice, sent within 5 business days of booking). Once you've received it, the policy above applies.

Travel insurance:

Because payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Look for a plan that covers trip cancellation and interruption, medical expenses, and baggage loss or delay. Many plans offer more coverage when you buy them soon after your deposit, so don't wait. Insurance links are available at checkout.
