Important Guidelines for Booking Shared Rooms:

Ensure a smooth booking process by familiarizing yourself with the following guidelines for shared room reservations:

Pricing Details:

• Displayed Price: The price shown is per person and covers only one occupant.
• Room Cost(s): The cost is calculated based on the number of occupants in the room.
• Shared Room: Prices are based on two occupants sharing a room. If you’re traveling with someone, please choose the correct package—NOT the single traveler package.
• Single Travelers: If you're traveling alone, select the "Single Traveler" package. Only choose this option, as the costs differ for solo travelers.

Payment Schedule:

• Final Payment: Due on or before May 2, 2026.
• Minimum Payment: A minimum of $1000 must be paid per traveler before March 1, 2026, with the final balance due by May 2, 2026.

Separate Registration and Deposit:

• Each Person Must Complete Their Own Form: Each individual traveler must complete their own registration form and authorize their own deposit. This helps us ensure accurate information and avoid booking issues.
• Booking for Multiple People with One Payment: If booking for multiple people, note that only one invoice will be issued for the entire group. Be sure all traveler details are correct when completing the registration. You may choose up to two (2) per room.
