First and foremost, I'm THRILLED that we get to experience Mardi Gras in New Orleans together. New Orleans, Louisiana is an amazing place and full of excitement. In this packet, you will find very important information that you will need to know regarding payment and how to send payment , an itinerary outline, booking and cancellation policies and how to access travel updates.

Shuttle transportation has been arranged for the entire time in New Orleans. The shuttle service will pick up all travelers from the airport and transport everyone to the hotel.
The shuttle will take the group to each planned event. If there's an event you would like to attend outside of the events planned, you will need to schedule an Uber /Lyft for transportation.
Payment Information
All payments are handled to our secured software called Travel Joy. There will never be a time where we request payments via cash app, apple pay, zelle or paypal. We want our clients to feel confident that they know that their booking is being taking care of in the most honest and professional manner.
An invoice is sent to all passengers attending or to the paying traveler with a payment link imbedded. Each passenger will authorize their payment and send it to Unforgettable Getaways. Once processed, a receipt is sent immediately, and an updated invoice is sent that reflects the correct balance.
To pay, travelers will use the last invoice sent to make payments towards their booking. Travelers can pay as often and as much as they would like until the final payment date, 65 days before departure.
Excursions and Activities
One of the best things about booking with Unforgettable Getaways, we are certified specialist in booking excursions through third party vendors to help add more excitement to the trip.
Non-motorized sports are included in your package but if there are any other activities you would like to add, please know they will be an extra cost but they can be arranged by us or yourself.
