No shorts for men, no tight & transparent clothing. Women must cover their head with a scarf hence we suggest to bring it along. No visible tattoos.

  • April 16, 2023 - Arrive in Dubai/evening Welcome Dinner
  • April 17, 2023 - Half Day Dubai City Tour/evening Dhow Dinner Cruise
  • April 18, 2023 - Afternoon Desert Safari w/BBQ Dinner                                         
  • April 19, 2023 - Day at leisure
  • April 20, 2023 - Full Day Abu Dhabi City Tour
  • April 21, 2023 - Day at Leisure
  • April 22, 2023 - Depart back to the United States
 

Deposit and Recommended Payment Schedule:

The non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is $250 per person. This payment and subsequent payments can be sent via CashApp, Check, or Money Order (payable to  Shertina's Travel, LLC and mailed to 7715 Crittenden Street, #329, Philadelphia, PA, 19118). To bypass the required card authorization form on the payment screen, enter: 4095000000000180 1/27 519

Credit card payments are also acceptable but will incur a 3.6% processing fee per transaction. For example, a payment of $250 will incur an additional fee of $9 so the total payment would be $259.

Recommended Payment Schedule:

  • Non-refundable deposit due by July 5, 2022
  • 2nd payment - $550  - August 1, 2022
  • 3rd payment - $550 - September 1, 2022
  • 4th payment -  $550  - October 1, 2022
  • 5th payment -  $550  - November 1, 2022
  • 6th payment -  $550  - December 1, 2022
  • 7th payment - $550 - January 2, 2023
  • The remaining balance is due in full no later than February 3, 2023

 

Additional Notes:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before October 15, 2023.
  • A tourist VISA will be issued upon arrival in the U.A.E.
  • Incoming travelers are subject to medical screening upon arrival
  • As of June 2022, you must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App before departure or upon arrival
  • The group flight will leave the United States Saturday, April 15, 2023, and arrive in Dubai on Sunday, April 16, 2023. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly. 
 

Cancellation policy:

Deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance will reimburse you up to 100% of non-refundable fees should you need to cancel for a covered reason such as sickness, injury, or the passing of a loved one.


Terms and Conditions:

  • A valid passport is required for this travel event. If you need to apply for a passport, please go to travel.state.gov as soon as possible to get started.
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation. 
  • Deposits and ALL payments to Shertina's Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because Shertina's Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruises and other vendors that do not provide any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  • Rates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Lead Passenger is responsible for receiving and relaying any and all communications/correspondence to the rest of the passengers unless you provide their personal email for communications.
  • All travelers sharing a room are required to make their initial deposit together to secure their reservation. 
  • Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
  • All canceled reservations must be submitted to Shertina's Travel, LLC in writing. If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.   
  • Any new guests added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date and will be charged the Reservation Revision Fee of $50.00 per person.
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended as its a way to protect your vacation investment in the event that the unexpected occurs.
