FOR PAYMENT PLANS: I MUST turn on auto-payment at check-out. Penalty for refusing auto-payment will result in my reservation being canceled and deposit returned.

I authorize Coconut + Concrete Travel to charge the credit card indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. FOR PAYMENT PLANS: I authorize Coconut + Concrete Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted monthly payment amounts. Failed payments not corrected within 5 business days will result in cancellation of trip and previous payments will be forfeited. 

• CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that my travel package is nonrefundable. I must claim against my travel insurance should I need to cancel. Depending on the reason for my cancellation, I understand that I can be reimbursed between 80-100% of my payments toward my trip. 
• CHANGE POLICY: I understand there is a $50 fee to make any name, room category or roommate change to my reservation, I understand there may also be an increase in my overall travel package rate as well.
• I understand  there is a late payment fee of $50 for payments made up to four days after the final payment date.  I understand if my trip is not paid in full after those four days it will be canceled without refund. 

I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Coconut + Concrete Travel.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
