Welcome to the Information/ Booking page for the wedding of Aja Greene and Jovon Malone Evans at the Royalton Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We understand that you have been invited to celebrate this special occasion with them, and we would love to help you make your travel arrangements.
The wedding ceremony is scheduled for October 21, 2023, at 3 pm, and the festivities will be taking place from October 19, 2023, to October 22, 2023. The Royalton Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort that boasts world-class dining, exciting entertainment, and luxurious accommodations, making it the perfect location to celebrate this joyous occasion. We recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club package to make your stay even more unforgettable. This package includes additional amenities such as exclusive access to the Diamond Club Lounge, private check-in, and additional in-room features.
At BWM Travel agency, we understand that planning travel can be stressful, which is why we are committed to making your experience as smooth as possible. In order to secure your booking, we require a minimum deposit of $54.95 per person for the hotel stays by MARCH 24TH 2023. The pricing listed here is only ESTIMATED but the deposit amount will NOT change.
Single Passengers will have to pay a DEPOSIT of $105 to secure their room.
Once the hotel deposit is submitted we will arrange group airfare rates from Newark based on the total number of passengers traveling. These rates will be available on April 7th. In order to secure your airfare, we require a minimum deposit of $50 per person for airfare by APRIL 24TH 2023. The pricing listed here is only ESTIMATED but the deposit amount will NOT change.

If you are traveling with children, rates may vary and will be adjusted after processing of initial deposit. If you have any questions or need assistance booking your travel accommodations. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly we are more than Happy to Assist.
Please note that ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A payment plan will be set up immediately following your deposit. Please note that once the payment plan is selected a late fee of $10 will be assessed for any payments collected 5 or more days after the due date. If you need any adjustments to your payment plan after the deposit please call BWM Travel Agency so we can adjust it.
