Dubai is one of the most popular destinations in the world, and for good reason—its abundance of wealth, magnificent cityscapes, rich culinary heritage and luxurious architecture combine to make it an ideal vacation spot.                              

Because of Dubai's popularity, its beauty, and my desire to prepare a customized unique experience for my clients, I have traveled to Dubai twice in 2021 alone and I’m going back hosting my first inaugural international tour November 5 - 26, 2022 taking over 30 of my VIP Clients.  This will be a total of 30 days I will have spent in Dubai curating the exclusive tour experiences just for “YOU”.

All payments to Mack Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Mack Travel Agency has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other travel vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Insurance is highly recommended in the event something unfortunately happens and you can not attend, you will be covered at 100% of your investment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN
 
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically.  When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended.   • Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before September 11, 2023.
 
  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Mack Travel Agency reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
 

  • Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

 

  • At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.

 

  • A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

 

  • A private Facebook group will be created 30 days before travel.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

  • *You need to be vaccinated for the Abu Dhabi Tour.  You can use this day as a Free Day in Dubai for shopping, relaxation, spa, etc.
 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
 
  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
 
  • Roommate Matching is available. However, we are not responsible for finding you a roommate.
 
  • Name Change Fee – $200 before final payment date on your invoice; $250 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
 
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
 
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

The following information is for those traveling to Dubai with the Mack Travel Agency in November 2023.  The following payments arrangements have been setup to assure that the payment expectations are clear and understandable to the group.

DEPOSIT

The $500 deposit is due per person at the time of booking.  To secure your spot on the trip, your deposit must be paid in advance.  At this time, your deposits will be placed in an escrow account while we are waiting on everyone to pay their deposits.  Please note that your deposit is non-refundable AFTER the total amount of people traveling has paid their deposits.  AFTER all deposits have been paid and added to the escrow account, your deposits will then be officially credited towards your trip balance and an official receipt will be sent to you showing a detailed balance of your account from Mack Travel Agency.
