Inclusions:
Pricing is per person based on the occupancy type. Pricing includes cruise rate, taxes and fees, t-shirt, shore excursions in Roatan and Cozumel, and gratuities unless otherwise stated. Additional amenities will be announced at a later date.
As air is not yet available for these dates, it is not included in the package price. Once air becomes available, you will have the opportunity to select one of our offers, or you can secure your own air and provide the details. Travel documents will not be released without confirmed air.

CHEERS! BEVERAGE PACKAGE
CHEERS! is an all-inclusive beverage program that allows guests to enjoy a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by paying a flat daily rate. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase CHEERS! and each adult assigned to the same stateroom must also purchase the program. You can add this on to your monthly payments and save a few bucks. The deposit is $40 per person.
Please remember that ALL ADULTS SHARING A CABIN MUST PURCHASE THE PACKAGE.
The CHEERS! beverage program includes a great variety of non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a wide selection of high-quality brand-name spirits and wines by the glass.

Air Travel
Air is NOT currently included. As the dates are more than a year away, air is not available. Once air becomes available for this itinerary, you will have the option to select one of our offers or confirm your own air. Air must be confirmed no more than 21 days prior to departure. Travel documents will not be released without confirmed air.
Cancellation Policy
The initial down payment of $125 per person ($250 per person single occupancy) plus options is now due. The balance will be divided into equal monthly payments due by the 15th of each month, with the final payment due May 10, 2026. A 4% processing/convenience fee is added to all electronic payments.

An agency fee of $50 per person will apply in addition to the cancellation penalty and will be charged prior to processing the cancellation.
Travel Insurance
Pricing for travel insurance will be provided once the deposit is processed. Travel insurance must be paid in full when added and must be added by May 10, 2026. Travel insurance pricing that includes cancel for any reason must be added and paid in full within 72 hours of processing the deposit. A separate invoice will be sent to process the payment for travel insurance.
Changes in Occupancy
Please know that it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request.
Cancellation of a person or persons in a package that involve a change in room configuration or category (for example, from double occupancy to single occupancy or from oceanview to balcony) are subject to the rates in effect at the time the cancellation is made. If the change is made after the deposit is made, a $75 change fee will be implemented, in addition to the difference in pricing if applicable.
Name Changes
IF A NAME CHANGE IS ALLOWED. CERTAIN PROMOTIONS DO NOT ALLOW NAME CHANGES, a $75 name change fee applies to all reservations, if a roommate is changed. This fee is in additional to any cancellation policies incurred by the roommate that cancels. If a roommate cancels, and a replacement can't be found, the reservation will be rebooked and subject to the rates based on the remaining occupant(s) in effect at that time. Only one name change per cabin is allowed. If name changes are not allowed, the reservation will need to be cancelled and rebooked at the prevailing rate.
Citizenship Requirements/Fitness to Travel
As this is a closed loop cruise (departing and returning to the same US port), a PASSPORT is not necessarily required. HOWEVER, a US Passport is strongly recommended. Acceptable proofs of citizenship:
Missed Embarkation Disclosure
The ship departs at 3:30 pm. Not 4:35, 5:17 or 5:26pm. I must check in on the vessel at least 2 hours prior to departure OR you WILL be DENIED boarding. If you miss embarkation, YOU WILL FORFEIT your cruise.
Monthly Payment/Abandonment of Reservation
After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments, or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. This event is designed to allow for flexible monthly payments. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make monthly payments, please email us immediately. If two months have passed without payment or communication, an initial notice of cancellation will be sent. If no communication or payment is made after the initial notice, the reservation will be cancelled. All previous payments will be forfeited and the cancellation policy in effect at that time will be applied. This may cause financial impact to remaining roommates. Final payment is due May 10, 2026. If you fail to make your final payment by the due date, your reservation will automatically cancel with penalties. If the trip can be reinstated, a reinstatement fee of $100 per person will apply.
Issuance of Travel Documents
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 14 days or earlier before travel.
Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks
If for any reason, any travel service vendor is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the vendor, and not against GDS Travel Solutions. In the event that payment has been made to by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment. If GDS Travel Solutions incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed via money order or cash immediately.
Force Majeure
There may be times when either party is unable to perform, or complete performance, under the travel contract for reasons out of each other’s control. These are called force majeure events and, if they occur, make performing under the contract inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. Events that may trigger this provision include but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military action, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, pandemics, epidemics, illnesses or health conditions prevalent in the area of travel, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions, unexpected legislation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party.
In the event that a force majeure event occurs, the parties will look to and follow the cancellation policies of the suppliers, what is stated in the travel proposal, and these terms & conditions. Any changes to those policies are at the sole discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and Travel Agency. Passengers will be informed of their options if a force majeure event occurs.
Acknowledgement of Disclosures
You acknowledge that the disclosures, terms and conditions apply to all travelers, if you are completing the booking form on behalf of all travelers in your party. You acknowledge that you are completing this booking form electronically and is enforceable by law the same as if you signed a physical copy. GDS Travel Solutions will not be held responsible for anything outside of its control. You will receive an electronic copy of the disclosures with your travel confirmation.
