What’s Included in the Concierge-Support Fee:

This non-refundable fee provides dedicated support from booking through your return, including:

  • Reservation management

  • Payment tracking

  • Excursion coordination

  • Travel documents

  • Final itinerary delivery

  • Ongoing assistance

 

Trip Protection is an additional cost, varies based on multiple variables, and can be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.  Once you have selected your option and complete your client profile form, you will receive a quote.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, availability, and promotions are not guaranteed until deposits are made to the supplier and booking is confirmed.  Additional rooms and suites are available upon request.

Payment Terms

Payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation or additional fees. Any late payments may result in penalties or loss of reservation.

Vacation Financing – FlexPay

For added flexibility, eligible trips may be financed through FlexPay. This option allows you to spread out payments over time, making your vacation more manageable without delaying your booking.

Concierge-Level Fees

  • New Clients: $50 per traveler

  • Families with children 17 and under: $25 per traveler

  • Preferred Clients: $75 flat fee for up to 2 travelers after completing 3 trips with MPS Creations Travel Designs

  • Additional travelers beyond 2: standard new client fees apply

  • Families with additional adult travelers beyond 2: $75 flat fee up to 2 travelers

  • Families with children 17 and under: no concierge fee

 

Cancellation & Changes

Any cancellations or modifications after booking are subject to supplier policies and MPS Creations Travel Designs’ cancellation policies. Fees may apply.

The supplier’s cancellation policy will be provided in your travel quote.

Travel Protection Recommendation

Travel protection is highly recommended to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances. Travel protection costs are non-refundable.
